  1. Helping our artist with major career decisions, such as deciding which record company to sign with, whether to make a publishing deal, how much money to ask for, terms of contract, etc.
  2. Helping artist with the creative process, such as selecting a producer, deciding which songs to record, hiring band members, selecting photographers, stylists, video makers etc.
  3. Helping the artist with funding agencies such as New Zealand on Air, Music arts commission, etc. As well as corporate sponsorship, proposals, budgets and personal introductions to align correct sponsors with artists, etc
  4. Education and developing the artist in areas such as royalty collection agencies, APRA, AMCOS and associated agencies around the globe. Governing law and taxation advantages within New Zealand and globally. Assistance in selecting accounting companies, business mentors, setting up of companies and business structures, etc.
  5. Promoting the artist's career by getting the name out and speaking highly of the artist to important contacts in the industry such as radio stations, TV stations, and press as well as other key people across the globe. Also assist in coordinating a publicity campaign, etc.
  6. Assembling and heading the artists professional team by introducing the artist to lawyers, business managers and agents within New Zealand and internationally, and overseeing these people's work, etc.
  7. Structuring and assembling business plans, time frames and budgets for future forecasts and development of artist’s career, etc.
  8. Coordinating the artists concert tours by working with the artists agent to make the best deals with promoters, planning which territories are best to tour, working with your business manager to develop and implement a budget, assembling your road crew, supervising the road and tour managers to make sure everything runs smoothly, etc.
  9. Pounding the artist’s record company to maximise the advertising and marketing campaigns for the artist’s records, making sure the artists records are treated as priorities, rebuking them when they do wrong, praising them when they do right, etc.
  10. Generally being the buffer between the artist and the outside world, such as fielding inquiries for commercial endorsements, personal appearances, charitable requests (both for money and artists smiling face), taking the rap for tough decisions that the artists make but don't want anyone to think they did, etc.
